Heather L. Warner

Director of Marketing

Heather Warner is the Director of Marketing at GLS Injury Law, where she leads the firm’s branding, communications, and growth initiatives across Central Pennsylvania. A lifelong resident of the region, Heather was born and raised in York and has spent much of her career living and working in Lancaster and throughout Central PA. With deep roots in the community, she brings both local insight and strategic expertise to her role, helping strengthen the firm’s connection to the people it serves.

Heather’s career has been guided by one constant: a passion for storytelling. After earning dual degrees in Journalism and Speech & Communication from Kutztown University, she began her broadcasting career at WDTV in Bridgeport, West Virginia, before returning home to Pennsylvania to report and anchor at WGAL in Lancaster. She went on to spend nearly two decades as a trusted news anchor at WPMT-FOX43, connecting daily with viewers across Central Pennsylvania and earning a reputation for thoughtful reporting and authentic community engagement.

Seeking to expand her impact beyond the newsroom, Heather pursued a master’s degree in Communication Studies from Shippensburg University, focusing on strategic communication in today’s digital-first landscape. During this time, she also taught speech and communication courses at Elizabethtown College, mentoring students while continuing to refine her own professional craft.
In 2015, Heather founded H. Warner Marketing, where for nearly ten years she helped businesses and organizations build their brands, tell meaningful stories, and grow with purpose. Her work blended journalistic integrity with data-driven marketing strategy— an approach she now brings to GLS Injury Law.

At GLS, Heather applies her experience in media, marketing, and leadership to elevate the firm’s presence, guide its messaging, and support its mission of advocating for injured clients. She is passionate about helping ensure that the firm’s results, values, and commitment to the community are clearly communicated across every platform.
