Before joining GLS, he founded and operated Mason Digital Marketing, a Lancaster-based digital marketing firm that helped clients ranging from local businesses to Fortune 500 companies grow their online presence, increase organic traffic, and improve marketing ROI. Under his leadership, clients experienced significant results that reflect his disciplined, data-driven approach to digital strategy.

Prior to founding Mason Digital Marketing, Steven served as Manager of Search & Online Advertising at Armstrong World Industries, overseeing the company's digital marketing efforts at scale. He also built a strong agency-side foundation through positions at Godfrey, Sharp Innovations and D&E Communications, developing the technical versatility and strategic range that define his work today.
