Thomas J. “TJ” Sabatino is an attorney with GLS Injury Law. He concentrates his practice solely on representing injured workers and victims of others’ negligence, including car, truck, motorcycle and commercial vehicle accidents, as well as slip/trip and falls. Originally from Delaware County, Pennsylvania, TJ graduated from Villanova University in 2007 with a Bachelors’ Degree in Theology and Philosophy. He then earned his juris doctorate degree from Widener University School of Law in 2010.

After passing Pennsylvania’s bar exam, TJ worked for 5 years with a boutique law firm in Delaware County representing those hurt on the job and in motor vehicle and other accidents. He spent the next 3 years working in Philadelphia, representing employers and workers’ compensation insurance companies, while further refining his litigation skills in the context Pennsylvania’s workers’ compensation system.

In doing so, TJ developed a thorough understanding of how employers and their insurance companies approach and handle claims of employees injured while working. Though very successful in his practice, TJ knew in his heart that he belonged on the side of claimants. In other words, championing the rights of those injured due to the fault of others was his true calling.

In April, 2018, the opportunity to put his knowledge and experience to work for the Lancaster County community arose. Impressed by his outstanding courtroom demeanor, dynamic personality and superb litigation skills, GLS Injury Law asked TJ to join their team in its fight for the rights of accident victims in Lancaster. With the tremendous benefit of having significant legal experience on both “sides of the aisle,” TJ now focuses his practice exclusively on helping victims of workers’ compensation, auto accident, slip/trip and fall and other accidents that cause serious bodily injury.

Each and every day he stands up to insurance companies and big business, advocating on behalf of those who need a strong, persuasive and effective voice in the legal system.
