At GLS Injury Law, we have some exciting news to share — our team is growing! We’re proud to welcome Heather Warner as our new Director of Marketing. As our firm expands into new markets across Pennsylvania, Heather’s experience, energy, and strong ties to Central PA make her the perfect person to help us take this next step forward.
Rooted in Central PA
Heather isn’t new to this community. Born and raised in York, she has spent much of her career living and working in Lancaster and across Central Pennsylvania. With deep roots in the region, she’s excited to continue contributing both professionally and personally to the places she has long called home.
From Newsroom to Marketing Agency
Heather’s career path has always been guided by one constant: a love for storytelling. After graduating from Kutztown University with dual degrees in Journalism and Speech & Communication, she began her broadcasting career at WDTV in Bridgeport, West Virginia, before returning home to Pennsylvania to report and anchor at WGAL in Lancaster.
She went on to spend nearly 20 years as a trusted news anchor at WPMT-FOX43, where she connected daily with viewers across Central PA. Over time, Heather felt called to take her skills in a new direction — one that allowed her to continue telling stories but on behalf of businesses and organizations making an impact in their communities.
That decision led her to pursue a master’s degree in strategic communication from Shippensburg University, a program designed for today’s digital, fast-paced communication world. During this period, she also taught speech and communication courses at Elizabethtown College, mentoring students while sharpening her own expertise.
In 2015, Heather launched H. Warner Marketing, where for the next decade she combined her newsroom background with a marketer’s strategy to help brands craft meaningful narratives, engage audiences, and grow with purpose.
Looking Ahead
Now, Heather continues to bring that same passion and expertise to GLS Injury Law. “I’m thrilled to continue my work in Central PA and excited to help the firm grow its presence across the state,” Heather shares.
With her background in journalism, marketing, and community engagement, she offers a fresh perspective and a genuine passion for connecting with people. Her addition to our leadership team marks an exciting milestone in the firm’s growth, and we’re confident her guidance will strengthen our presence while keeping us closely tied to the communities we serve.
