Attorney Tony Georgelis Participates In Hempfield’s “Shark Tank”

On January 6, 2016, Attorney Tony Georgelis participated in “Hempfield Shark Tank,” which was hosted by Hempfield High School’s business classes. The event featured local entrepreneurs who started their own successful businesses, like Attorney Georgelis, as the “sharks.” Student entrepreneurs, consisting of Hempfield business students, pitched their ideas to the sharks, asking for investors in exchange for part of their companies. After the session, Attorney Georgelis said, “It was a an absolute pleasure being involved with this event. The kids’ ideas were cutting-edge, well thought-out and poignantly presented.”
