Deadly Tractor-Trailer Crash in North Codorus Township
Emergency crews responded to a fatal crash in York County Thursday morning after a pickup truck and tractor-trailer collided head-on in North Codorus Township.
According to the York County Office of Emergency Management, the crash occurred in the 1700 block of Seven Valleys Road between Cemetery Road and Grothey Road.
Authorities say the crash involved a 2025 Ford F-150 traveling north on Seven Valleys Road and a 2024 Volvo tractor-trailer traveling southbound.
For reasons that remain under investigation, the pickup truck crossed into the southbound lane, where it collided head-on with the tractor-trailer.
Investigation into Cause of Crash
The Northern York County Regional Police Department continues to investigate the crash.
At this time, investigators have not determined why the Ford F-150 crossed into the opposing lane of travel.
